Embedding Responsibility at the Core of Our Business

Sustainability & CSR

At Inetum, sustainability isn’t a side initiative. It’s a business imperative. We believe that companies must act now to create meaningful measurable impact for society, the environment, and the people we serve, today and tomorrow.

Our ESG strategy is built to deliver concrete value, both internally and externally, and to support our clients in doing the same.

As a signatory of the UN Global Compact and committed to the CSRD framework, we take responsibility seriously: cutting emissions, creating inclusive workplaces, building ethical digital solutions, and giving back to our communities.

We call it a Business-to-Business-to-Society model. This is digital transformation in action.

Concrete impact, shared responsibility

Our ESG Approach

-

Strategic Pillars

We structure our sustainability work across two strategic pillars:

Responsibility: embedding ESG into our own operations

Impact: helping clients and communities achieve theirs

This dual commitment aligns with major international frameworks, including:

• CSRD (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive)

• Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi)

• UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) from UN Global Compact

Our ESG strategy is reviewed annually, monitored through KPIs, and publicly reported via our CSR Reports. It is co-led by Executive Leadership, Sustainability experts, and local teams across 19 countries.

-

Environmental Commitments

We aim to reduce our carbon footprint per employee by 45% by 2029, and we’re already making progress.

Our key environmental actions include:

• Green mobility: promoting electric vehicles, biking, and shared transportation

• Energy efficiency: retrofitting offices, using renewable energy

• Digital sobriety: eco-labels, equipment lifecycle management, server optimization

• Low-carbon buildings: HQE certifications and performance-based renovations

All initiatives are monitored and improved via annual Carbon Assessments and a central Environmental Taskforce.

-

Social Responsibility

People are at the core of Inetum’s performance. Our social actions focus on well-being, equity, training, and local community impact.

Key priorities:

• Diversity & inclusion: Women@Inetum network, disability policy, gender equity in leadership

• Youth employment: 18.8% of hires in 2024 were under 26

• Upskilling: 100% of employees with access to learning platforms

• Employee engagement: Charity Day, local volunteering, support for NGOs

• Workplace well-being: Internal listening programs, “Quality of Life at Work” initiatives

We are committed to building a safe, inclusive, and empowering culture — where everyone feels valued.

-

Ethics & Governance

Integrity is non-negotiable. Inetum ensures that all sustainability efforts are grounded in strong ethics, compliance, and governance.

What we do:

• Enforce a strict Code of Ethics for all employees and partners
