A story of growth

In 1970 Gfi Informatique was founded as a computer engineering services company, focusing on technical assistance and software development for companies. During the 1990s-2000s the company continued to grow and develop both locally and internationally. Between 2011 – 2024, the group went through an intense period of transformative acquisitions, with Gfi Informatique being rebranded to Inetum in 2021. A new financial partnership with Bain Capital Private Equity occurred in 2022, along with the arrival of a new Chairman and CEO, Jacques Pommeraud in March 2023. Inetum has unveiled its new strategic plan aimed at ambitious growth and a strengthened value proposition to meet its customers’ new business challenges.
